Our prices are about half the rates charged by major language agencies. We provide quotes that are clear, transparent, and reflect all the work necessary to ensure you receive an excellent translation. Our quotes are valid for 30 days. This way you aren't rushed and can research the experience and rates of competitors and other certified translators before making your decision.
Yes, all our Korean to English translations are certified. Our translators are all certified and in good standing across Canada. Your translation will come with a translator's statement, signature, and certified translator stamp from a provincial association. We are happy to send both digital copies and hard (paper) copies in the mail.

We can translate just about any type of file, including PDF, image, HTML, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and .HWP files (a Korean word processing format). We are also adding new file formats as the needs of clients change worldwide. It is much easier to translate documents that have been scanned at a high resolution. We can even work with pictures taken with your cell phone. All our translations are formatted to mirror the source file. We take care of everything and will deliver a file that's polished and complete.
Yes, we do. Maintaining confidentiality is our number one priority. We only keep files for as long as it takes for the project to be translated and approved. We do not keep any files long-term. We regularly handle legal translations and are happy to sign any court protective orders. Unlike competitors, we never use machine translation tools, search engines, or free dictionaries. All our translations are performed in a secure environment by translators who have signed an NDA. If you decide not to proceed after we send you a quote, we will securely delete all your files and personal contact information.
Certified Korean to English translators have their past work experience and language skills thoroughly verified by an official provincial organization. They must sign and abide by a code of ethics. In addition, they must keep active in terms of professional development to remain in good standing. In Canada, only certified translators are able to complete and certify translations of immigration, banking, insurance, medical, and legal documentation.
We do not charge for 100% repetitions. If an exact paragraph or page repeats several times in one or more of your files, we will only charge you for the first appearance of that text. We will always flag this to your during the quoting stage.
Yes, we also provide draft translation quality or document summary services. We will usually provide you with two quotes, one for document summary, and another for full translation. If you decide to go with a document summary but then decide later on that you would like a full translation, we only charge you for the difference. This service is commonly requested by law firms with many documents to organize as they consider which documents to fully translate.
We value large translation requests as well as repeat business. Often large Korean to English translation requests involve sections of repeat or duplicate text, which we always exclude from our quote. We aim to provide quotes that provide you with a mixture of experience and value. Depending on the complexity of the subject matter, formatting requirements, and deadline, we will present our best possible quotation to you.
Yes, we welcome collaboration with other language agencies, and already have existing relationships with many agencies in Canada and the United States. Our translation services always include TEP (translation, editing, and proofreading). We also provide third-party reviews, Korean translation test creation, and transcription services. Our certified Korean to English translation services are backed by E&O insurance in Canada.
Currently we only work with Korean and English. However, we do have ongoing relationships with other certified translators across Canada that handle other languages. Let us know and we will make an introduction.
